Project Scope:
Design, supply, and installation of a temporary Sheet Pile Shoring system to provide safe lateral earth support during deep excavation works.

Description:
Al Bustan Land Dewatering L.L.C. executed complete Sheet Pile Shoring works to support excavation for foundation and basement construction in challenging ground conditions. The shoring design was developed considering soil properties, groundwater pressure, and adjacent structures, ensuring compliance with UAE construction safety standards.

The scope included sheet pile installation using vibratory hammers, cutting and capping works, and tie-back/waler arrangements where required. All works were carried out under close supervision to maintain alignment, embedment depth, and stability throughout the excavation process.

Result:
The Sheet Pile Shoring system successfully retained soil and controlled ground movement, providing a stable and secure excavation environment for subsequent piling and foundation works. The project was completed safely, on schedule, and in full accordance with engineering and regulatory requirements.
